This blog is dedicated to the hard work and efforts our team puts in each day and makes Digi Acai a happy place for many people aiming to have a career breakthrough!
Here are some glimpses of Digi Acai’s Annual Alwar Offsite.
From Screen to Scene – The Icebreaking Transition
Born out of the challenges of the COVID era in 2020, Digi Acai swiftly expanded from a team of 2 to 30 by January 2025, successfully managing over 50+ SEO and content projects along the way.
The pandemic normalised online meetings and work from home. Ditching this fact, our offsite was open to our remote team as well, which gave us a chance to get to know each other personally.
It was a pleasure to meet new faces and known ones at the same time. Our management is what makes us stand apart from others because we believe the work environment matters the most when it comes to building a strong team.
Glimpses of a Journey in the Making
Indeed, the two-day tour was one of a lifetime experience for each of Digi Acains. It all started with a cool carpool! Here’s a short glimpse of fun rollercoaster days where activities became an evening ritual, and events inspired each of the team members in Alwar:
DAY 1:
- Visited Moosi Maharani Ki Chatri, one of the most beautiful scenic spots around the City Palace. We clicked our hearts out and discussed a lot about the beauty of history.
- And, of course, no trip is complete without the authentic delicacies of that region. Hence, taking advantage of the fact, our team relished Rajasthani food, including Kadhi Kachori, the mouth-watering sweet Ghewar and much more.
- During the evening, the team ran their feet off! Played games like Baraf Paani, Hide & Seek and Chain Chain to relive their childhood.
- Later, we planned to stay indoors and play exciting Tambola.
DAY 2:
- Started the power-packed day with a morning Conference session where our CEO and Founder, Neha Agarwal discussed the Annual 2025 plan and inspired everyone with her positive aura. The team reciprocated their feelings by weaving their words beautifully. We talked about our journey and how Digi Acai became our safe space at a professional and personal level.
- Post the Conference, the team hopped onto their vans to catch the adventurous Jungle Safari at Sariska National Park in Alwar. Fortunately, spotted a lot of animals, including Sambhar Deer, Neel Gai, monkeys, Spotted Deer, and wild cats.
- Unfortunately, the tiger refused to make an appearance.
- The team also enjoyed the water sprinkles amidst the journey and ate the bear’s favourite red berry fruits.
- Later in the evening, gifts and award distribution took place, where everyone was filled with gratitude and had happy tears!
- Digi Acain’s left no chance to party harder, so we grooved on our favourite music at the night party.
IT’S TIME TO SAY GOODBYE TO ALWAR BUT WITH INFINITE MEMORIES AND OUR HEARTS BEING FULL!

- Vidushi Shukla – It was THE MOST FUN experience for me. The best part was that there was no hierarchy, no levels, and no filters. The off-site was not just about blowing off some steam; we were appreciated and rewarded for our hard work throughout the year.
- Shreya Gupta – Firsts are always special! Little did I know that Digi Acai would become my happy place in such a short period. It was the best miles I’ve ever crossed, and with the best people, of course! Immensely grateful to Neha Mam and Pankaj Sir. Yes, I’ve been in corporate for 2 years, but management and work spaces like Digi Acai are rare.
- Isha Jaiswal – I was a complete housewife before joining Digi Acai through the Return to Work Program. This gave me valuable work experience, and I even travelled to Alwar, Rajasthan(Offsite), with my team. It was an amazing experience filled with learning, fun, and enjoyment.
